The Hillyard Group focuses on Urban Infill, Multi-Family, Mixed Use, Commercial, Industrial and Residential Developments. With a 30-year history of delivering value from thoughtful designs and excellence in project development and delivery, the Hillyard Group has a proven track record of delivering projects that achieve the client’s objectives.

Philosophy

Hillyard Group LLC is an architectural, engineering, construction (AEC) and development company that believes that no two projects are the same, and every project is optimized through the use of project unique solutions. This philosophy leads to careful consideration of each projects unique challenges with the goal of developing an optimized solution for each project. On one hand we approach each project as a unique problem, on the other hand we carry forward learnings from one project to the next. This continuum of information allows for Hillyard Group to continuously improve efficiency in how we render our services.

Management Team

Keith Hillyard PMP, R.E., CCC, CQE

Founder and CEO

Keith is an experienced Construction Executive who has supported over 150 billion dollars of major capital project development and delivery over the past 40 years. He has successfully completed projects in the Mission Critical / Data Center, Renewable Energy (Wind, Solar and Renewable Natural Gas), Commercial, High Rise Mixed Use, Aviation and Oil and Gas Industries. Keith has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering and an MBA.
