The Hillyard Group has provided architecture design, engineering, construction, and real estate development services in the Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, and New Orleans areas for over 30-years. Our focus is on Urban Infill, Multi-Family, Mixed-Use, Commercial, Industrial, and Residential Developments using thoughtful designs and best-in-class project development and delivery.

Management Team

Robert Keith Hillyard AIA, NCARB, EIT

Principal Architect

Robert is a Louisiana and Texas native who attended the University of Houston School of Architectural and Design. Robert graduated with honors from the Gerald D Hines College of Architecture and Design. Additionally Robert has received Masters of Science in Civil Engineering with an emphases in Structural Engineering and a MBA with an emphasis in real-estate at Southern Methodist University. Robert is a licensed Architect in the Texas and Louisiana and has completed the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) with an emphasis in Civil Engineering.

Patrick Michael Hillyard, EIT

Director of Engineering

Patrick Michael is a Louisiana and Texas native who has graduated from Southern Methodist University’s Lyle School of Engineering with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics. Patrick Michael is currently pursuing a Masters of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a MBA at Southern Methodist University.

Steven K. Hillyard, PMP, CCE, CQE, RE

Director of Construction

Steven has spent the past four decades in project management, construction management and real estate development. He has successfully developed and delivered over 425 billion worth of projects around the world. He currently leads the Construction and Real Estate Development division of Hillyard Group and provides project development advisory services. Steven has a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Civil Engineering and Construction Technology from Murray State University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Loyola University.

Kyle Jenkins, PMP

Director of Development

Kyle has spent the past 25 years in project development and delivery. He is experienced in architectural design, economics and project management. Earlier in Kyle’s career he worked with the Steinburg Collaborative, Mosley and Associates and The Construction Team in Houston Texas. Kyle assists Hillyard Group with opportunity identification, evaluation and strategic planning. Kyle has a Bachelor of Science (BS) in from Texas Southern University and a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Tulane University.
